Our office offers a comprehensive range of services and  flexible hours, making it easier for families to get great care close to home. We are now accepting new patients with same day appointments available. Our staff is ready to provide quality care for your entire family in our brand new facility.

  Kent Brandeberry, DO
Dr. Brandeberry graduated from Ohio University's College of Osteopathic Medicine, and then completed his residency at the US Naval Hospital in Pensacola, where he served as the Chief Resident. He also has served as US Naval Medical Staff in Guam and the South Pacific. Dr. Brandeberry is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

  Mark Kahle, DO
Dr. Kahle graduated from Elida High School. He went on to graduate from medical school at Michigan State University, and then completed his residency at the Ohio State University where he served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Kahle is Board Certified in Family Medicine.


 April Gardner, CNP
April Gardner graduated from Lima Technical College in 1997 as a registered nurse. She went on to receive her BSN from Wright State University in 2007, and then in 2014 she completed the course work for MSN through University of Cincinnati, specializing in Adult-Gerontology. In September of 2014 she became certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. April is currently providing services to local nursing facilities and not accepting patients at the office location.
